May Goals

May Goals

This is actually quite a boring post, so at least now I’ve warned you, you can proceed

I have to say that goals…. or should I say sticking to them, is not my forte! However as you probably saw in last week’s post Failing I’m struggling on a major scale at the moment and I thought some small goals for May might just set me back on track, pray for me sistas.

Now I don’t want you to look at these and laugh or scoff at them because some of them may seem easy peasey to you, but with how I’m feeling at the moment it’s about smashing small achievable goals…. so here goes:

F.A.T

Continue on my mission to not call myself fat. Since my blog about this I’ve done pretty well, but I need to keep at it, all day, every day. And do you know what I implore you to do it too.

Fitness

Right, don’t laugh but I’ve set a small little goal to make sure I’m doing 3,000 steps a day. I know the recommended is 10,000 blah blah blah, but I’ve tried that and it’s hard, lol, so I thought this is much more achievable. I sit at a desk (or in my car, on in people’s houses) all day so it really is a task to bosh out these steps. I also want to do some form of exercise once a week, once again, baby steps, because if I task myself to working out 3 times a week right here, right now, I won’t do it…. so what’s the bloody point.

Nutrition

Once again, let’s not be unrealistic here, especially considering where my head is right now. I’m dedicating myself to an 70/30 split and hopefully I’ll be able to improve on that. Although it grieves me say it, unfortunately the 70% is focused towards eating clean/healthy. I often prepare my meals at home so it’ll just be an extension of that and making sure I’m making sexy salads for lunch and delicious dinners.

Water

2 – 3 litres a day….. BOSH

The Spending Ban

It continues, wah. Maybe a few necessities will be allowed and sale items are my god given right, but other that that I’m going to be a strict Sally. I can do this….. can I?

So thats a round up of my boring month ahead (lol) what are you bitches planning on getting up to…. however, if it involves cocktails and dominos it might me better to keep quiet!
